We walk the property, talk through what you're picturing, and put together a plan and a quote. No cost, no pressure.
You approve the plan
Colors, coverage, and accents settled before anything goes up — so you know exactly what you're getting.
We install
The socket wire is custom-fit to your roofline right on site, so the run ends where the roof ends. No excess looping off the corners, no cords dangling down the fascia — just a clean line.
We come back
Anything goes out, we fix it free. In January we take it all down, label it, and store it until next season.
One price covers the whole season.
There's no add-on list. Design, materials, install, service calls, takedown, and storage are all part of it.
Design and materials
Roofline, eaves, wrapped trees, shrubs, walkways, wreaths, and garland — designed around your house and color-matched to it. Commercial-grade LED, all supplied by us. You're never buying strands or hunting for a replacement box.
Installation
We custom-fit the socket wire to your house on site, measuring each run and finishing every end so it's sealed and weather-tight. The result fits your roofline exactly — no bunched-up excess, no cords hanging where they shouldn't. Everything is hung with clips sized for your gutters and shingles: no nails, no staples, no drilling.
Service all season
A bulb goes out or a strand comes loose after a storm — call us and we come back out. No charge, no argument.
Takedown and storage
We pull everything down in January, label it, and store it at our facility. Nothing takes up space in your garage.
Every house is different
There's no fixed package and no set list of what you can and can't have. Rooflines, wrapped trees, walkways, whole properties — we build the display around your house and quote it after the free design visit. If you can picture it, ask us about it.

Questions we get asked.
Will this damage my roof or gutters?
No. We use clips designed to fit your specific roofline, gutters, and shingles. Nothing gets nailed, stapled, drilled, or glued to your house.
What does it cost?
Every house is different — rooflines, tree count, how far you want to take it. That's why the design visit is free: we look at the property, listen to what you want, and give you a straight number with no obligation.
When should I book?
Earlier than you think. The install calendar fills through the fall and whole streets tend to book at once. Getting your design visit done by mid-October is the safe move if you want your preferred install date.
Do you take the lights down?
Yes, and it's included. We come back in January, take everything down, label it, and store it until next season.
Do I own the lights?
No — the lights are part of the service and we store and maintain them between seasons. That means you're never stuck replacing worn-out strands or finding room for boxes.
What if something goes out mid-season?
Call or text and we'll come back out and fix it at no charge, usually within a couple of days.
Do you do commercial properties?
Yes. Storefronts, offices, and HOA common areas — get in touch and we'll come take a look.
